Upon fulfilling your required volunteer hours, Neenah Soccer Club will reimburse your volunteer that was paid during registration. Thank you for your understanding, and for your work and your time, and for being a part of what makes our club so great!

Neenah Soccer Club also recently introduced a benefit structure for those who choose to donate their time and energy to the club in the form of serving on the Board or Committees. Please see below for additional information.
 

Volunteer Information

When you register your player for the Academy, Classic or Spring Recreational programs, you will be charged either $50 per player or $100 per player volunteer fee.  All families are required to volunteer either 1.5 hours (Spring or Fall Only Registration) or 3 hours (Full Year Registration) of volunteer time and are required to pay either $50 or $100 volunteer fee per child upfront during the registration process. The volunteer hours/player requirement must be completed before July 31, 2026. Failure to volunteer per player before July 31st will result in NSC retaining this money.

Throughout the year, you will be offered a number of different opportunities to volunteer and serve your required two (2) hours to earn back your volunteer reimbursement. Classic and Academy families are required to fulfill their hours either at Copia Cup in the fall or the Flatgrass Showdown in May. Communication about all opportunities will be sent via playmetrics. If volunteer hours are not fulfilled by the end of the season (July 31st), your volunteer fee will go toward the NSC Scholarship program. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
