The Olympic Development Program (ODP) is a prestigious US Youth Soccer national initiative launched in 1977 to: Identify elite talent in every age group for potential U.S. National Team selection and international competition. Provide top-level training and competition to accelerate player development at every level. Supplement (not replace) club play, with schedules designed to avoid conflicts so players can excel in both environments.

In Wisconsin, ODP focuses on two goals: Player Development – through advanced trainings, competitive matches, and exposure to high-level coaching. Player Identification – opening the door to regional and national team opportunities for athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels.
